EQON at ONS

For the first time, EQON participated in the ONS oil and energy fair in Stavanger in August. As part of the fair's Scale-Up program, we were shown and talked to both existing, and hopefully future, customers.

The market is keen to make smart choices, both for the wallet and the environment. There was something going on among those we spoke to.

Lowest possible consumption makes sense for many. With a control unit that can regulate energy consumption through the use of heating cables, many companies and municipalities can enjoy great savings.

Did you know that no new heating cables are needed to reduce the cost of a plant? EQON's solution is based on the facility that already exists.

The outcome of the fair will in the next few months and years hopefully show. In any case, the Eqon crowd is full of energy after a few days at Stavanger's main fair.

COSL Project is in full swing

In February, COSL Prospector docked at Coast Center Base (CCB) outside Bergen. A few days later, EQON stepped aboard to coordinate the installation of over 300 units of the EQON control system on the rig. This is one of the most important measures COSL is taking to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions before the rig will drill for Vår Energi in the Barents Sea.
